I wanted to take just a moment of your time to tell you we appreciated the help of one of your techs in keyboard support, Ed this morning with programming an mx8200 series keyboard. I just wanted to let you know he was most helpful.  I had just taken over an account with Cherry keyboards in their gift shops and even though we had a number of used Cherry keyboards in our shop, we had never actually worked with them. Ed lead us through the use of your program, helped us locate it on the web and get it downloaded, and got us out the door to go take care of our customer.
Thanks to Ed we will be able to meet our deadline today which is a 100 mile drive.
