Cherry is aggressively pursuing RoHS compliance for appropriate products. Nearly all switch products are already compliant. All keyboard series manufactured after July 1, 2006 comply with RoHS 2002/95/EC Directive. Since we may continue to stock some non_RoHS inventory for non-EU countries, please call 800-510-1689 for specific compliance information on individual keyboard part numbers.

Environmental Responsibility

In 1994, Cherry was awarded the prestigious "Blue Angel" environmental symbol for all its keyboard products. One year later, Cherry GmbH became one of Europe's first manufacturing organizations to achieve certification under the terms of ISO 14001. Our facilities in the United States are now approved to the same criteria.
