Cherry Introduces New Products At Biometric Consortium Conference
Cherry Electrical Products will be introducing several new security products at The Biometric Consortium Conference and Technology Expo, being held September 23-25 at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida. The new products will include two low-cost, stand-alone smart card readers and a new biometric mouse.
Cherry's new stand-alone smart card readers include the ST-1210 smart card contact reader and the ST-1275 contact and contactless reader. These high quality products are designed for desktop smart card applications.
Cherry's M-4200 FingerTIP ID Mouse features a UPEK TCS2 TouchChip® sensor and offers active capacitance sensing technology, providing a higher signal-to-noise ratio than passive sensing. All three products are backed by a three year warranty.
